2020 has been a year like no other and Christmas 2020 is most definitely not going to be like any other! With London now in Tier 3 ALL of my Christmas shopping was done online. I love Christmas shopping in stores, it’s the one time of the year I don’t mind the rush or the queues. Maybe it’s the frequent prosecco stops in between present buying that takes the edge of things! With hospitality now closed though, I couldn’t face getting on a train with my mask on, knowing that the virus is still very much alive and kicking. So, I opted out. Luckily I’m a fantastic online shopper and I know my presents won’t disappoint.
But I genuinely feel sorry for all those people who aren’t comfortable shopping online and who are equally uncomfortable in these uncertain and dangerous times to be out there shopping in store. What are they to do?
I would advise them that this year would be the perfect year to give a gift of an experience. People are often put off about buying an experience; they want to give their loved one something they can physically open, but this year with only 5 households allowed to mix (if that) many of us won’t even be with each other to handover the gifts, so wouldn’t receiving a beautiful gift voucher in the post (or email) for a wonderful experience be a lovely alternative?
Gift vouchers for all of our services, Colour Analysis, Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Styling and Virtual Styling are available. There are also exclusive gift packages available with additional discounts, as well as monetary gift vouchers from as little as £15. All of the gift vouchers sent out this year will have an indefinite expiry date to make allowances for any potential crazy times ahead, so you’ll have peace of mind too that the voucher will definitely be redeemed.
With the vaccine being rolled out in the first half of 2021 we hopefully will be experiencing some kind of normal soon. We all no doubt will want to look and feel our best for when that time comes. So why not give a unique Personal Styling gift that will give your loved ones something to really look forward to in 2021 and put a much-needed spring in their step?
